Small Workout

If it's been a while since you've been to the gym, this is the workout for you! 45 minutes, we focus on range of motion and body weight exercises.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 5:30pm

Medium Workout

This hour long workout is offered every weekday morning at 10am. we focus on full body health using high intensity interval training (HIIT)

Weekdays @ 10am

Large workout

The goal of the large workout is strength training. An aggressive 1 hour long workout to get you ready for life's obstacles.

Tuesday, Thursday @ 5:30pm

Saturday @ 10:30am

Pound

Pound Fitness is a combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. A full-body workout that lasts 45 mins to an hour.
