If it's been a while since you've been to the gym, this is the workout for you! 45 minutes, we focus on range of motion and body weight exercises.

Ninja Gym workouts
Our fitness classes are 1 hour long and Monday thru Thursday @5:30pm. We focus on full body health using high intensity interval training (HIIT) and incorporate strength training. Mondays we concentrate on legs, Tuesdays are arms, Wednesday is core and Thursdays are full body workout.
