Parkour can be thought of as being chased by someone. You want to get away as fast as possible but you will waste time and energy going around the obstacles in front of you. Parkour uses as little wasted movement while going past an obstacle. You don’t slow down to maneuver around a wall or deep puddle, you jump, vault or climb over it.
Learn Beginner Parkour in a controlled environment. We’ll run the sonic curve and practise break falls, and simple vaults. Learn how to ‘precision jump’ or ‘monkey ups’. Classes offered most weekends at 1pm. Contact us for availability in our next Beginner Parkour class.
